I didn't come from a software background. I came from the field — managing properties, running teams, dealing with equipment, coordinating jobs, and trying to keep operations from falling apart when the tools we had weren't talking to each other.
Over 12 years, I managed over $80M in revenue across storage, residential, service, and tech industries. I've rebuilt failing billing systems, restructured operations for multi-site portfolios, and recovered over $1.2M in overdue accounts for businesses that had written that money off.

Bitware is an operations automation and AI integration company — not a full-service accounting firm.
We do not handle general accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or tax services. The one exception is collections automation — we can build systems to recover overdue accounts and improve billing workflows.
If you need a CPA or bookkeeper, we're happy to refer you to trusted partners. What we do is make sure the rest of your operation runs like it should.
