Note on Accounting: Bitware Agency does not provide accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, or financial advisory services. Our involvement in financial workflows is limited strictly to collections automation.
3. Intake Forms and Proposals
Submitting an intake form or contact request does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of services. All engagements are formalized through a separate written agreement or statement of work signed by both parties. Bitware reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Bitware Agency and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Work product delivered to clients under a signed agreement is governed by the intellectual property terms in that specific agreement.
